On June 17, 2023 Zachary Muise turned himself into police and was held in custody. Muise was arrested for his outstanding warrant and an additional theft charge.

Muise allegedly stole an electronic device a week earlier from a local organization. Police have recovered the stolen property from Muise.

Creston RCMP would like to thank the public for the immense pressure placed on Zachary Muise to turn himself, states Cst. Brett Urano Creston RCMP Media Relations Officer.

Muise was brought before the courts where he was released on multiple conditions and given a new court date.
