The officer arrested the woman for Drive while Prohibited contrary to Section 95 of the BC Motor Vehicle Act. The 41-year-old Castlegar woman was released after being issued an Appearance Notice for May 23, 2024, where she will make her first appearance on this matter in Provincial Court, in Rossland, BC. The vehicle was impounded for up to 7 days and issued a notice to repair outstanding defects.
