Police look for information in property damage reports

Since May 24, 2023, New Hazelton RCMP have received four separate reports of vandalism to property where someone has spray painted different places around the community. In some cases, individual names were spray painted with derogatory comments made.

The paint is similar in each case and it is possible the same person(s) is responsible for each incident.

The police continue to investigate and hope the public can offer information that will lead to the identity of who may be responsible.
