For the period of January 1 to March 31, 2023 Lillooet RCMP officers received 615 calls for service, compared to 586 calls during the same period in 2022, and 463 calls in 2021.

• 6x Theft from Motor Vehicle
• 0x Theft of Bicycle
• 4x Break and Enter Residence
• 4x Break and Enter Business
• 26x Cause Disturbance
• 52x Suspicious Person or Vehicle
• 24x False 911 calls
• 26x Assault
• 2x Assault with a weapon or causing bodily harm
• 37x Check Well-being
• 7x Missing Person
• 19x False Alarm
• 20x Motor Vehicle Collision
• 24x Intoxicated in Public
• 24x Mental Health Occurrence
• 7x Assist Coroner

As the weather has warmed up, Lillooet RCMP are committed to making more pro-active patrols of Downton Park, the Miyazaki house, and other known areas of open alcohol consumption and intoxicated persons. In the last two weeks of April we have seen a significant increase in open alcohol consumption and continue to actively monitor these problem areas.
