Police looking to return kayak to rightful owner

On the morning of April 28, 2022 Oceanside RCMP recovered a kayak in the area of the French Creek Marina. Investigators believe the kayak was recently stolen.

If your kayak was stolen or you know of someone who had their kayak stolen, please contact the Oceanside RCMP at (250) 248-6111 quoting file number 2022-3639.

Police want to ensure the kayak is returned to the rightful owner, so if you believe this kayak may be your property, please be prepared to provide identifying marks and features such as size, colour, make and model, says Sergeant Shane Worth of the Oceanside RCMP.
