At 12:28 p.m. on February 19th, 2022, West Kelowna RCMP officers responded to a report of mischief that was occurring near the entrance to a park on Gellatly Road in West Kelowna. A male suspect was allegedly observed throwing rocks at a vehicle, causing extensive damage to it.
