Theft from home under construction

The Terrace RCMP are requesting public assistance in identifying suspects in an incident of theft from a rural property near Highway 113. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between Sunday evening (April 18) and Monday morning (April 19).
RCMP received a report from the owner stating that someone had been on his property, where a new residence was being built, and stole a new hot tub, washer, dryer, and a generator. The approximate value of the items combined is $12,000.
Suspect vehicle associated to this theft may be a newer black pickup truck with a canopy or SUV. The vehicle would have required a trailer to move all the items.
The stolen items are described as follows:
- Hot Tub – 2018 Coast Spa Omega 821120 volt, granite finish, chestnut brown synthetic cabinet.
- Power plant – King Canada model KCG-8500 GE, new
- Washer and Dryer – Whirlpool, white, brand new.
