On Friday, April 9, 2021, at 8:40 PM, Terrace RCMP responded to a report of a robbery at a business in the 3200 Block of Kalum Street in the community.

A lone male suspect entered the store, approached the lone clerk, poked an object from his pocket into her back and told her to give him cash and cannabis. The suspect took some cash and packaged cannabis and left when a customer entered the store.

The suspect met up with a woman outside the store who was allegedly keeping watch while the man was in the store. Both suspects ran across Kalum Street into the alley.

Through investigation, police identified and located the suspects at a residence a short time later. Both suspects were arrested and held in custody pending a court appearance.
