You’re invited to Burnaby RCMP’s Open House on May 31!

The Burnaby RCMP would like to welcome the community to its upcoming open house. This family friendly event will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Burnaby RCMP’s main detachment.

This free event includes something for everyone. There will be a scavenger hunt, a youth bike rodeo, junior detective sessions, food trucks, face painting, police dog demonstrations, and presentations from Integrated Units.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to take photos with Mounties in Red Serge and Safety Bear. Come check out a police car and specialized equipment, and meet the officers and staff serving the community of Burnaby. There will also be prizes for kids and cake to help commemorate the day.

This event is a fun and interactive way to learn more about policing in our community, said Burnaby RCMP Officer in Charge Chief Superintendent Graham de la Gorgendiere. Come and join us for a family friendly day, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The event also includes recruiting resources for those interested in a career with the RCMP and City of Burnaby.
